很多畫面其實是永遠忘不了的, 那些所謂的刻骨銘心. 一個朋友說他永遠記得第一次坐在床邊看著的那張熟睡臉孔, 白色的床罩和邊桌上的一盞小燈. 另一個人說, 那個在廚房裡的香汗淋漓是最性感的風景. 一早起床桌上的火腿蛋和滿室的咖啡香, 或是窗邊的那杯威士忌化著醇度百分百的痛苦. 對每個人來說, 一幅幅畫面都是一首情歌, 最獨特而雋永.

但也最私人.

所以關於那些愛來愛去的事情, 那些屬於個人的印記, 留在每個人的小房間裡面回味就好. 有更多故事發生在日常中, 那些經驗來自於生活的感觸, 這才是真正有韻味而值得和大家分享的. staycool 選擇打開小房間的一扇窗, 把這些無以名狀的平凡用音樂記錄下來, 那些小房間以外的事.

如果要說什麼是最青春的事，那肯定是一群人不睡覺，拼命去完成一件事。


在simple life演出徵選結束的前一天，啤酒咖啡加上塞滿煙屁股的煙灰缸，是標準榨乾腦汁的場景；悶在屋子裡的煙味，是青春熱血的氣息。staycool集合起來，用盡全身力氣把一首歌詞寫完，然後錄好歌聲、混好音，在時限之前交到評審手中。
新歌說的是長大、變老後，很多人很多事很多東西都突然消失了，就像充滿回憶又最令人熱血沸騰的那年夏天一樣；又像是那個寒冷多雨卻又青春無敵的冬天一般。冬天 一下子就來了，夏天一轉眼就過了，人生好像就是這樣。
那，至少要開心才行吧。

他的爸爸是個鐵匠，
最喜歡在小魯卡耳邊唱著快樂鐵匠。
他一直覺得爸爸是 GAY，
動人的歌聲卻也深深的埋在他的小小心臟裡。
還有那濃濃的煙味鬍渣和同志情壞。

然後他長大沒有當上太空人，便放下一切，
當起四海為家的街頭藝人。

我想寫一首關於漂泊歌手的情歌。
不一定真的有個女孩出現在生命中，
而是自戀自愛的一種隱射也說不定。
就像 Erin C 告訴我關於夢想的期待。
幻想著 30 年後的一天早上醒來，
早有分熱騰騰的早餐放在床邊。
坐落在海邊的小屋書房裡，
沒有電腦電視電話電蚊拍電擊棒等所有電力發動的器具，
只有成堆的書和紙捲味撲鼻。
陽光灑進來，他半帶微笑的坐下，
開始一天的工作，翻譯一本她最愛的書。

神秘的解夢師告訴她，
她需要的是一種安定，
而不是用番茄醬畫著淫蕩笑臉的蛋捲皮。(笑)

所以漂泊變成一種自溺式的內心放逐。
所以魯卡的存在也是一種夢想的情境。
幻想他和他情境中的電子情人手機傳情。
抱著不存在的吉他唱著不存在的歌。

全身血脈噴張，汗水順著他蓬鬆微禿的捲髮一起跳動，搭配不協調的腳步越來越濕。
最後吶喊聲四起，煙火爆炸的場面引起驚呼，攪和著孩子的哭叫聲和海嘯翻滾。

畫下完美的句點。

吉他 case 裡的現金多到爆開來，多到可以買下很多食物和繼續流浪的本錢......。

我一臉木然坐在書桌前，只花了 30 分鐘寫下歌詞然後開始跟著唱。
那些畫面感覺像是瞬間閃過頭蓋骨的 20 倍數快轉。
因為速度太快，回神的時候還略帶暈眩。
然後之後兩分鐘的時間我都在發呆，
在偌大混亂灰暗的阿宅房間裡。

自己窩在房間裡胡思亂想到底有沒有病，
就像傑克倫敦傳誦千古甚至叫人為之瘋狂送命的著作一般。
那些神聖冒險不過是他頂著缺乏運動的肚子，窩在溫暖的南方，
細述著荒原極地的探險小說，一個他根本沒有真正到過的地方。

那小魯卡的故事便是個小夢。

上禮拜比較閒暇的上班時間，
和同事天馬行空的討論了環遊世界的機票價錢。
算起來非常不可思議的便宜，
你可以選擇一個方向 (往東或往西) 出發，禁止折返，
花一整年的時間，飛越五大洲，
然後流浪，用自己的方式感受這顆地球。

政治的體會也好、人文、自然、或是應用數學的解構再濃縮都好，端看你的專業是什麼，
總之就是要把自己的心臟掏出來，讓這個世界好好浸染過一回。

別妄想要在這一年的時間裡，把所見所聞記錄下來然後印刷出版大噱一筆，
這樣會逼著自己強記每一段經過然後煞費苦心的牢記這一切。

要以 ｢每天都是星期六｣ 是每個旅人的心情狀態為出發。

一輩子的夢想其實不難，你需要的只是不瞻前顧後的勇氣。
和一股 "We don't plan, we improvise." 的勁兒！

所以這首歌就是這樣來的。 :)
